Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@khelain.com and we will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
